Where is your manufacturing facility located, and what areas do you serve?
Our main casting and mold facility is located in Derwent Park, TAS 7009. We deliver precast elements Tasmania-wide, including Greater Hobart (Glenorchy, Moonah, Clarence, Kingston), Launceston, Devonport, Burnie, and remote regional sites.
How does your marine barge delivery service work?
For sites with limited road access, islands, or wharf construction, flatbed trucks and agitator equipment drive directly onto marine transport barges at port landings along the Derwent River. This allows direct site-to-water transfer with zero double-handling.
Technical Specifications & Customization
Are your precast products suitable for salt water and aggressive environments?
Yes. We manufacture marine-grade concrete formulations utilizing precise water-cement ratios, low permeability mixes, and special slag or fly-ash additives to withstand continuous saltwater exposure, tidal spray, and chemical attack.
Can you build custom precast elements from our engineering drawings?
Yes. Send us your CAD drawings or PDF spec sheets. Our Derwent Park team will review the load requirements, build custom timber or steel molds, and cast your elements to exact tolerances.
Do your precast products comply with Australian Standards?
All our concrete mixes and precast components are engineered and manufactured in accordance with relevant Australian Standards (including AS 3600 for concrete structures).
